Dolcefino Consulting

Fleetwood and Fleetwood West subdivisions (“Fleetwood”) have stepped up with loans totaling $5,000 to contract with Dolcefino Consulting to provide a media-based campaign, which we hope will provide breathing space until funds can be raised and attorneys agreed.

We have advised Fleetwood today of a crowdfunding program to start raising the funding, and have circulated all other subdivisions to join Fleetwood in raising funds within your respective constituencies. See below for how to contribute.

Success in this combined effort will be necessary to have any chance of success by legal means.

Dolcefino Consulting is NOT a law firm and Wayne Dolcefino is not a lawyer. He employs paralegals to do research, and media specialists, and liaises with two (or more) lawyers that have worked with him for many years.

The aim is to “pour sunshine” through various media channels, on these two properties, the developers, and the HHA, until such time as there is a cause to bring with an attorney, and there is a significant fund that will allow that to happen.

In answer to the standard question – “Why don’t we just file a lawsuit/TRO/Injunction”, the several lawyers on the Steering Committee, and probably any you know also – all will give the same answer – a Cause is needed. So far, we have spent weeks searching for Deeds, Covenants, high crimes and misdemeanors, and we do have some lines of potential progression. To say what they are would allow the adversaries to prepare for them.
